One View Across All Your Locations

Answering multi-site questions

How does Blue Roster handle multiple locations?

Every site is scheduled in the same system, so staffing against requirement is visible for all of them in one live view. Each location keeps its own rules and requirements; what becomes shared is visibility, not a forced uniformity that ignores real differences between sites.

Can employees be scheduled across more than one site?

Yes, where your rules allow it. When a location is short, the search for a certified and available person can extend to nearby sites rather than stopping at the site boundary — which is often where the capacity to solve the problem already is.

Do all our locations have to follow the same rules?

No. Rules are configured per site, which matters when locations sit under different agreements, jurisdictions or certification requirements. A single rule set imposed across genuinely different operations tends to be either too loose to protect anything or too tight to schedule around.

Can we compare performance across sites?

Because every location is scheduled in the same system, coverage rates, overtime patterns and gap frequency are directly comparable rather than assembled from separate spreadsheets with different conventions.
