Give Feedback

Updated: Feb 1
Goal: To drive the continuous improvement of the Blue Roster platform by providing direct input to the development team.

Blue Roster is built to be adaptive. The Feedback tool (located at the bottom left of your sidebar) is your direct line to the people who build the software. Whether you’ve found a bug, a "pain point," or a feature you think would save you hours of work, this is where you share it.
How to Submit Feedback
Locate the Button: Click the "Feedback" button at the very bottom of the left-hand menu.
Describe the Issue/Idea: Be as specific as possible.
Bad Feedback: "The workload isn't working."
Good Feedback: "When I try to upload a CSV with 50+ rows, the system lags for 30 seconds."
Categorize: (If applicable) Tag your feedback as a "Bug," "Feature Request," or "General Praise."
Send: Click submit. This goes directly into the development queue for review.
Why it Matters
Your feedback helps the developers prioritize updates. If multiple admins report that the "Shift Swap" notification is hard to see, that becomes the next priority for the engineering team.
